Please note that all items purchased from the store automatically qualify for free international standard shipping.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER (INCLUDING COUNTRY AND AREA CODE) IS PROVIDED IN THE NOTES SECTION WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER SO THAT THE CARRIER CAN CONTACT YOU IF NECESSARY.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY MUST BE TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE TO A P O BOX.

For Fine Art Prints: All fine art prints are sent out in heavy-duty reinforced cardboard envelopes or tubes that are clearly labelled with DO NOT BEND to ensure that your prints arrive to you in the same condition as when they were packaged. 100% end-to-end carbon neutral. 

For Handmade Woven Bags: All bags are sent out in the standard Australia Post satchels within Australia and transit time on the standard regular satchel is 7 to 10 working days. For international orders, items are sent out on the standard international service and transit time is 15 to 20 working days. Please note any overseas taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Priority express shipment is available for all domestic and international orders but additional charges apply and will be provided upon request.
