Whilst information provided through this service is believed to be correct at the time of inclusion, this service and its contents are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You will not store, reproduce, modify, transmit, display, perform, distribute, communicate to the public or otherwise make available this service or any of its content in any form for any purpose other than your own personal use.
The information on this website is liable to change and although we attempt to ensure that the content is current we do not guarantee its currency. This service may contain links to other independent third-party sites which you accept are not under our control, responsibility, liability, endorsement or sponsorship and your use of such links is at your own risk.

Our Privacy Policy sets out everything you should be aware of regarding the information we may collect from you and what we will be using it for. A Bohemia Life supports the implementation of the ‘National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information’ and therefore does not collect any personal information whilst you are browsing my site unless you have placed an order with us or contacted us via our online form.
Privacy laws place strict requirements on us to ensure that certain information of yours remains confidential, your information is securely kept and, that you can easily access your information to check, correct and delete. As a part of our normal services for customers, there are times where we are required to collect personal information. These include, but are not restricted to: customer orders, online purchases and payments, maintaining your information on our website, refunds, customers feedback and surveys, marketing communications, registering an online account, promotional activities, customer service channels including social media, gift card redemption.
We may collect the following personal information. These include, but are not restricted to: your name, and contact details (including address, email, and phone number), birthdate, the domain you used to access the internet, date and time you access our website, internet address of the website which linked you directly to our website and any other information which you may supply. We use this information to provide you with the best customer service and relevant marketing and remarketing across our websites and/or other marketing channels including social media. We may disclose your personal information to comply with any relevant laws.
We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers to process sales, store and analyse data and information, provide web support, send marketing messages and deliver products. These third-party providers may be located outside Australia. We will take reasonable actions to ensure third party recipients of this information do not breach GDPR and Australian Privacy laws in relation to the information we collect from you and may disclose. We will never sell or trade your personal information.
From time to time we may send marketing communications to you. At any time you have the ability to unsubscribe or update your preferences to no longer receive marketing material. You may also review, change or delete your personal information related to your online profile by signing in online.

A Bohemia Life ® is a registered trademark. All designs, content and photographic material are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by A Bohemia Life. No designs, content or photographic material represented on A Bohemia Life website may be used without prior written authorisation.
The purchaser will not use, copy or infringe on A Bohemia Life’s intellectual property. This means all intellectual property rights (whether created before, on or after the date of these Terms and Conditions and whether registered or unregistered) in respect of copyright, any patents, trademarks, logos, designs, software, domain names, business or trade names, together with marketing concepts and designs, product knowledge, training systems and materials, protection of confidential information, know-how, product or business concepts, details of product development, and any other identifiable result of intellectual endeavour, whether arising under statute or otherwise and which relates to any of A Bohemia Life’s products or services.
Under no circumstances may the Purchaser on-sell or resell any of A Bohemia Life’s items or goods on any website, third-party online reselling channels, other retailers, private selling events or catalogue sales without written authorisation from A Bohemia Life. Should this term be breached, A Bohemia Life reserves the right to recover all items.
You may link to the A Bohemia Life homepage on the condition you do so in a way that is legal. It must be fair and not intended to damage our reputation or in any way take advantage. You may not suggest any form of A Bohemia Life’s association or endorsement where there is none. We reserve the right to request a link removal at any time.
You will not commit or encourage a criminal offence by transmitting or distributing a virus, trojan, worm, or any other harmful or malicious program or device, post any other material which is malicious, harmful or in any way offensive or obscene. You must not hack into any aspect of the website, corrupt data or cause annoyance to other users by sending unsolicited advertising or promotional material commonly referred to as “spam”; or by attempting to affect the performance or functionality of this Website.
A Bohemia Life will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
TERMS OF SALE & DELIVERY
A Bohemia Life cannot guarantee and accepts no liability in regards to the availability of stock and the time frame involved in delivering any goods or service pursuant to the Purchaser’s order. A Bohemia Life reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.
For your protection, orders are subject to our verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or email. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. We reserve the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
A Bohemia Life will deliver to most Australian addresses and to most international addresses using a contracted courier service. Australia Post requires the delivery to be signed for by the Purchaser. Any risk will pass to the Purchaser and or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery.
A Bohemia Life cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications. The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details in writing.
If the nominated courier is unable to deliver the Purchaser’s order due to either incorrect information provided by the Purchaser, a re-delivery fee may apply. This fee will be charged to the Purchaser’s credit card.
LIABILITY
Liability is limited to, in relation to goods, a refund of the purchase price actually paid, the replacement of the damaged product or the supply of equivalent product at our absolute discretion and, in the case of services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the service supplied again. No claim will be admitted if the product has received maltreatment, inattention or interference or the product has not been used in accordance with any performance ratings or care instructions.
In no circumstances are we liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind including any loss of profit or of contract, even if you advise us of any special circumstances or such loss was reasonably foreseeable. This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any computer viruses or anything else (such as worms or trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer system.
WARRANTY
Conditions, warranties and other provisions which apply to or in respect of goods under or by virtue of the Australian Consumer Law as amended from time to time or any other enactment of the Commonwealth of Australia, the State of Queensland or of any other place and which by that enactment cannot be excluded from these Terms and Conditions shall apply without restriction or modification. All other warranties, conditions and guarantees which would or maybe implied (whether by statute law, trade usage or otherwise) into this account agreement (including, in particular, any which may in any way relate to quality or fitness for any particular purpose) are hereby expressly excluded from these Terms and Conditions.
NO COMMERCIAL USE
This site is for your personal use only. You may not, copy, distribute, transmit, display, modify, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.
CURRENCY & BILLING
We will accept payment for your purchase by either Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Afterpay®, or PayPal®. All goods supplied remain the property of A Bohemia Life until they are paid for in full. Please ensure you enter your contact and delivery details correctly, including your phone number, so that we can contact you if necessary. If payment is via credit card, the name on the credit card used for payment must match the billing name on the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order which we determine does not meet this requirement.
All product and shipping prices quoted on A Bohemia Life are in USD. All transactions are settled in USD. Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information.
GST & TAXES
All purchases delivered within Australia incur the standard government Goods and Service Tax (GST). All prices listed at A Bohemia Life include GST. Purchases shipped to an international address are exempt from Australian taxes (10% GST).
For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply depending on the landing country.
Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the recipient and will not be covered by A Bohemia Life. The customer may incur these charges at any time up to 24 months after the goods are purchased. A Bohemia Life reserves the right to charge any unpaid or additional taxes and duties to the original purchaser’s credit card.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
We may occasionally release promotional codes valid for a specified time. These codes are valid for use within the specified time frame only. All conditions applying to each promotional code will be specified at the time of issue. They may be redeemed online at A Bohemia Life only. They cannot be used in any independent A Bohemia Life stockists.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the listed date of issue. They can be purchased and redeemed online at www.abohemialife.com. Gift Vouchers are not valid for use at any independent A Bohemia Life stockists. The voucher is valid for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance of your voucher will be linked to your voucher code until redeemed. Vouchers may be spent in whole or in part. Remaining credit cannot be paid in cash.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within 1 to 2 business days, however, this may vary depending on demand at the time. Please contact us immediately should you need to make any changes to your order or if you require your order by a specific time. Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.
ORDER CANCELLATION
A Bohemia Life reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without notification. Unless the purchase has been flagged as fraudulent or unauthorised by the relevant financial institution or authorities, a full refund will be remitted to the account payment was debited from within 3 business days.
We aim to ship online orders within 1 to 4 business days of the order being placed.
Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact A Bohemia Life via e-mail at maddy@abohemialife.com.within 24 hours of the order being processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order, once it has been dispatched. The order will then comply with our returns and exchange policy.
SIZING & PHOTO REPRESENTATION
The websites represent as accurate as possible representation of the product and its colour.
A Bohemia Life products are handmade using natural materials where possible and therefore, slight variations in colour may result. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings.

We use Secure Server Software (SSL) for e-commerce transactions. The personal information collected to complete a transaction is fully encrypted. The SSL software encryption ensures your personal information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
ETHICAL SOURCING
A Bohemia Life is committed to ensuring that we source our products from Free Trade Organisations wherever possible and with suppliers and manufacturers who operate their business’ in an ethical manner. We work closely with all suppliers and in most cases are able to visit the source of our goods on a regular basis. Our suppliers all operate within their countries’ legal guidelines and provide secure, safe and consistent work for their employees.
